The production plant in Legnica has been operating for over 20 years. At the moment, we employ over 1,200 employees. However, this is not the end, because we have another challenge ahead of us – in the coming years we plan to launch a modern plant that will increase our production capacity 6 times. In Legnica, we manufacture heat pumps, copper pipes, cables, cable harnesses and control cabinets. Heat pumps are the newest project in the spirit of green energy.

Your responsibilities:

  • support the organizational performance improvement

  • optimization of the organizational meeting landscape (functional, cross-functional), by defining & implementing meeting standards

  • develop and implement work standards & systems

  • support the key initiatives from the VP manufacturing (meeting preparation, documentation standards, aggregated information, visual management & communication)

  • ongoing support for the plant manager

  • organization of business trips

  • keeping a calendar, meeting schedule, and deadlines for task completion

  • organization of external and internal business meetings

  • close cooperation with many departments in order to collect data, arrangements regarding the implementation of tasks, technical and production

  • preparation and translation of presentations (including lean workshops)

  • translation of various documents

  • other administrative and office works

Wymagania:

Your profile:

  • higher technical education

  • fluency in spoken and written English

  • proficient computer skills

  • project- management capabilities

  • availability

  • driving license B

  • organizational skills and independence

  • multitasking and speed in action

  • analytical thinking skills

  • high communication and interpersonal skills

  • pro-activity and consistency in action

  • good manners

  • experience in a similar position is welcome

Optional:

  • knowledge of the German language will be an advantage

We are aware that the phrase „professional development opportunity” and „young, dynamic team” do not cause the heart to beat faster 🙂 Let’s focus on the numbers: only in 2021, as part of internal recruitment and promotions, 46 employees of our plant were given a chance for development . We also offer access to courses that will allow you to gain a new profession, as well as co-financing for studies or language courses. In 2021, 279 people participated in the training. We give young people with no experience an opportunity to enter the labor market – that’s why we are establishing cooperation with secondary and higher schools in Legnica to make it easier for them.
