The production plant in Legnica has been operating for over 20 years. At the moment, we employ over 1,300 employees. However, this is not the end, because we are facing another challenge – in the coming years we plan to launch a modern plant that will increase our production capacity 6 times. In Legnica, we manufacture heat pumps, copper pipes, cables, cable harnesses and control cabinets. Heat pumps are the latest project in the spirit of green energy.

Your impact:

leading lean transformation projects in fast growing organization

development of company-specific concepts, methods and instruments for increase in added value and continuous improvement of processes

planning, organization and control of measures (projects, workshops, etc.) for process optimization in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

support for the responsible executives and employees in the implementation of improvement measures

systematic documentation of tasks, processes and results as well as calculation of potential savings

application of agile methods

close cooperation with Change Management units in other plants (including: Germany, France, Turkey, China)

process optimization by raising the level of lean awareness throughout the company through coaching and trainings

conducting other implementation projects for the company’s management board

Wymagania:

Profile:

With your ability to network and your excellent knowledge of lean and change management methods, you are particularly well suited for this task.

higher technical education (mechanical engineering, electronics or other with supplemented with trainings/ postgraduate studies in the field of lean management)

minimum 5 years of experience in the field of implementing lean management projects

Moderation and presentation skills as well as structured, goal- and team-oriented working methods, communication and enthusiasm skills

- Leader with hands-on experience leading Lean projects
- passion and deeply rooted belief in the correctness of lean implementation

very good knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, ability to use them in practice

high level of analytical thinking

very good command of the English language, the German language will be an advantage

high level of interpersonal communication

ability to work effectively individually and in a team, and under time pressure

creativity in solving problems and searching for new, unconventional solutions

fluent knowledge of standard programs / use of Industry 4.0 tools / ability to work in SAP systems will be an additional advantage
