Opis stanowiska:

As a Head of Maintanance in Viessmann you are responsible for builing a Maintance Department in our upcoming plant. You take care of the integrity between the start-up of the new plant in terms of the machinery but also prepare it, together with the team, for subsequent maintenance. You are guided by integrity, honesty and transparency in your professional life. You strive to give ongoing constructive feedback to your employees and are open to receiving it. You motivate your team to develop and to achieve above-average results.

Your impact:

• building a Maintanance Department in new plant of Viessmann together with machinery start up and building a team
• ensuring continuous maintenance of production machinery and equipment, guaranteeing the highest standards in terms of timeliness and quality of performed orders
• planning and implementing preventive and predictive actions to minimise the failure rate of machinery and equipment and reduce downtime 
• participation in new start-ups
• cooperating with external companies and supervising the services provided by these companies, optimising the use of these services
• ensuring the availability of spare parts and necessary materials and optimising maintenance costs
• handling of maintenance indicators and continuous optimisation
• organising the work of subordinate employees and controlling the observance of health and safety procedures and rules in the work of the department
• cooperating closely locally and internationally – also as a member of interdisciplinary project team

Profile:

With your ability to network and your excellent managerial experience in production planning and controll you are particularly well suited for this task.

• a higher technical education qualification supported by managerial experience in the Maintenance Department

• experience with Greenfield projects

• knowledge of mechanics, electrics, electronics and automation 

• experience of effective people management, the ability to work in a team, delegate tasks, motivate and pass on knowledge

• a high level of commitment and independence

• orientation towards achieving objectives and consistency in achieving them

• easiness in working with applications like SAP, Google Workspace, Asana etc.

• knowledge of Lean management (including 5S and TPM)

• knowledge of Industry 4.0 methodology 

• knowledge of English at a level which allows you to communicate freely, very good communication skills, analytical skills, organisation of your own and your team’s work

• driving licence cat. B
