The production plant in Legnica has been operating for over 20 years. At the moment, we employ over 1,500 employees. However, this is not the end, because we are facing another challenge – in the coming years we plan to launch a modern plant that will increase our production capacity 6 times. In Legnica, we manufacture heat pumps, copper pipes, cables, cable harnesses and control cabinets. Heat pumps are the latest project in the spirit of green energy.

Opis stanowiska:

As the Head of Production Planning it is your mission to handle the function within production control as well as ensuring on-time order and production processing. You are also leading a team and You are strongly connected to the top management to achieve our common Viessmann goals, especially connected with producing on time.

Your impact:

ensuring / cooperation of realistic production planning / control

participate in the management and evaluation of employees in production control and increase employee qualifications

cooperation with production engineering, work studies, purchasing, IC, design, production areas and affiliated companies

determination and control of targets for production control

constant monitoring of process organization and document flow with the aim of ensuring on-time supply to the centers

data maintenance in SAP
increase in productivity along the entire process chain

collaboration in the Supply Chain projects

synchronization of work processes in the form of flow production
further development of the Production Planning department

Wymagania:

Profile:

With your ability to network and your excellent managerial experience in production planning and control you are particularly well suited for this task.

5 years’ experience in a similar position in the area of production planning

university degree in technology, logistics or economics

high managerial and leadership skills,

very good knowledge of English and/or German (min. level B2)

ability to think analytically and prospectively and to make decisions quickly

proactivity in action

ability to work as part of a team

ability to communicate at different levels of the organisation

ability to work with indicators and set targets

experience of working in an international environment

knowledge of SAP, IBP, Opcenter in terms of forecasting, order management, planning

very good knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel and Powerpoint,

driving license cat. B.
