The production plant in Legnica has been operating for over 20 years. At the moment, we employ over 1,500 employees. However, this is not the end, because we are facing another challenge – in the coming years we plan to launch a modern plant that will increase our production capacity 6 times. In Legnica, we manufacture heat pumps, copper pipes, cables, cable harnesses and control cabinets. Heat pumps are the latest project in the spirit of green energy.

As an Idea Management Coordinator in Viessmann you are responsible for establishment and expansion of active, functioning idea management in accordance with the corporate philosophy. You improve operational workflows by exploiting existing efficiency potentials. You strive to promote creativity by motivating employees to actively participate in idea management and relieving superiors and employees of administrative activities. You help to shape and develop a creative corporate culture within the Viessmann Group.

Opis stanowiska:

Your impact:

Collaboration in idea management / processing of ideas in the idea platform
Carrying out administrative tasks (e.g. mail, procuring office material, organizing training courses, etc.)
Contact person for all employees and providing simple technical information
Preparation of statistics, evaluations and analyses
Preparation and follow-up of the evaluation committee meetings (e.g. preparing business letters, invitations and general information letters)
Conducting workshops, training courses and presentations
Collaboration on special campaigns
Processing and controlling of vouchers in kind
Controlling and reporting (status reports) of key figures in idea management for all participating companies
Carrying out orders within the specified framework
Special tasks as instructed by the supervisor

Wymagania:

Profile:

Min. 3 years of experience in the field of implementing lean / idea management projects
Higher technical or lean education background
Specialist knowledge of the idea management
Knowledge of operational environment and lean manufacturing tools (ability to use them in practice)
Fluent software knowledge regarding working with SAP, Excel etc.
Very good communication in English, min. B2
Creativity in solving problems and searching for new, unconventional solutions
Confidence, convincing appearance, creativity and flexibility / openness to change
High moderation skills, ability to communicate with various groups
Assertiveness, sense of responsibility, good analytical skills, learn and perform
Compliance with health and safety, environmental protection and fire regulations
