The production plant in Legnica has been operating for over 20 years. At the moment, we employ over 1,300 employees. However, this is not the end, because we are facing another challenge – in the coming years we plan to launch a modern plant that will increase our production capacity 6 times. In Legnica, we manufacture heat pumps, copper pipes, cables, cable harnesses and control cabinets. Heat pumps are the latest project in the spirit of green energy.

Your impact:

As Production Manager, your mission is to manage and develop a production area in the Viessmann plant producing heat pumps. Together with your team, you are strongly involved in cooperation with other departments to achieve production goals. You are taking care of standardization and optimization based on Lean Management.

active participation in digital affinity (Industry 4.0 and DataScience) and automation technology
the active link between quality assurance, manufacturing engineering and product development, customer assembly line and departments
cooperation and exchange with our Head Quarter located in Allendorf, Germany
participation in international projects related to the development of copper components production
implementation of objectives related to increasing the efficiency of lines by identifying areas for improvement in a Lean Management spirit

Wymagania:

Profile:

You are a person strongly experienced in production management based on Lean Management principles, motivated to achieve more than average results, focused on cross functional cooperation.

completed higher technical education
experience in managing a production area or international production projects, including setting goals, supporting the team in their implementation
ability to work in a team and the ability to lead, promote and motivate employees
highly developed interpersonal and leadership set of competences: goal setting, support in implementation and providing feedback
good knowledge of lean management
proactive attitude and motivation for above-average achievements
very good knowledge of English (B2), knowledge of German will be an advantage
