In Legnica, we manufacture heat pumps, copper pipes, cables, cable harnesses and control cabinets. Heat pumps are the latest project in the spirit of green energy.

Opis stanowiska:

Our planning team ensures optimal delivery and delivery to Viessmann warehouses in Europe. Economic use of means of transport and Ensuring and optimizing work processes is particularly important.

Responsibilities:

- inventory distributions- clear communication/order coordination with Inventory control department in Germany
- planning replenishment of stocks in regional warehouses, supplying the required truck capacities, clarifying orders and transport planning
- creation and transfer of shipping documents, preparation and control credit notes and invoices for service providers
- demand for trucks (forecast) and communication to carriers
- processing of ordinary customs formalities taking into account company, country and customer regulations and coordination with customs and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry
- monitoring the time, correcting execution of orders and coordinating with colleagues on site
- taking care of the yard management

Profile:

You are a conscientious and reliable person with assertiveness.

With your geographical knowledge and your attentiveness and diligence

higher education in the field of logistics
experience in working in the processes of transport logistics, foreign trade min. 2 years
experience with processes in transport logistics and customs procedures
good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace will be an advantage
minimum B2 level of English for cooperation with suppliers and associates, German would be an advantage
high analytical skills and logical thinking
ability to predict and to prevent possible setbacks
