- leading lean transformation projects in fast growing organization
- development of company-specific concepts, methods and instruments for increase in added value and continuous improvement of processes
- planning, organization and control of measures (projects, workshops, etc.) for process optimization in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- support for the responsible executives and employees in the implementation of improvement measures
- systematic documentation of tasks, processes and results as well as calculation of potential savings
- application of agile methods
- close cooperation with Change Management units in other plants (including: Germany, France, Turkey, China)
- process optimization by raising the level of lean awareness throughout the company through coaching and trainings
- conducting other implementation projects for the company's management board
The recruitment process for this position is conducted partially in English. Due to close collaboration with an English-speaking supervisor, fluent English proficiency is required to ensure effective communication in an international environment.
