• Completed studies in user experience design, interaction design, human factors, digital media or computer science.
• 5-7 years of experience in user-centered work within digital services.
• Experience with lean UX, agile work processes and qualitative research.
• Experience in design thinking methods and teaching them.
• Knowledge of Figma or other prototyping tools such as Axure/Miro.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills in German.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate UX Designer who will work in an international team across different locations. With your hands-on mentality and quick grasp, you will dig into technical details and work in a multidisciplinary way with developers, product owners and other stakeholders. The person on the given job position will work in a project HEMS (Home Energy Management Systems).

Your responsibilities:

• Further development and conception of our digital touch points and services, always with the intention of optimizing the user experience with our hardware systems.
• Product and service development using design thinking processes and methods.
• Planning and conducting qualitative research, such as usability tests or user interviews.
• Creation and implementation of workshops with stakeholders from different departments, such as market research, hardware and digital product development, brand and strategy.
• Creation of digital and non-digital prototypes to make concepts tangible and testable.
• Arguing design decisions in front of stakeholders and managing them through to implementation.
