- Observe the monitoring systems and react on any issues that are marked as critical (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Azure Monitor).
- Cooperate with 2nd level support team to ensure fast recovery of systems.
- Provide User support using Jira, Azure, Postman.
- Troubleshooting Customer’s applications.
- Troubleshooting in Azure cloud environments.
