• Completed studies with a Degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in IT consulting - implementation and customizing - as well as with agile project management methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Professional experience in software development (Apex, SQL, Javascript), at best with experience in using Git or other version control systems.
• Strong skills in Sales and even better skills in Service Cloud (preferably with corresponding certifications)
• Ability to work in a team as well as communication skills and creativity.
• A high level of intrinsic motivation, self-reliant work with the ability to analyze, commitment and quick comprehension skills.

• Develop and implement innovative, customer-focused Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
• Design and ongoing development of a Salesforce-based development strategy.
• Coordination and implementation of international rollouts.
• Review of requirements in terms of cost-effectiveness, ergonomics, required workload and schedule feasibility but also the best technical solution (Salesforce Flow, Customizing, LWC, Apex Trigger).
