•Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
•3 to 5 years of experience in the field of electronic design and testing with focus on power electronics.
•Very good knowledge of circuit topologies in power electronics.
•Experience in using electronic measurement instruments.
•Very good knowledge of power semiconductors and their application.
•Knowledge of using schematic tools, preferably PADS Designer VX.
•Proficiency in circuit simulation (LTSpice or similar).
•Experience in EMC testing and troubleshooting, knowledge of EMC standards
•Very good English skills (German is a plus).

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, testing and implementing power electronic systems for inverters, frequency converters, drive technology and PV-Storage systems.
Your responsibilities:
•Development of frequency converters for drives in heat pumps.
•Development of on-board network and auxiliary supplies, DC/DC converters and inverters.
•Analysis, simulation and evaluation of power electronic circuit topologies.
•Design, selection and qualification of power electronic components.
•Creating circuit diagrams and working on the layout.
•Design of EMC measures and dimensioning of EMC filters.
•Conducting EMC tests, suggesting and applying EMC measures on the products during lab testing.
•Analysis and optimization of power electronic modules with the aim of optimizing costs and increasing efficiency.
•Planning and coordination of laboratory testing and type testing.
