• Supporting the Purchasing department.
• Performing SAP transactions and managing documents throughout the entire purchasing process.
• Gathering and comparing offers.
• Creating and managing supplier records in SAP.
• Handling purchase orders for the Administration and HR departments.
• Organizing and coordinating employee training (offers, scheduling, documentation).
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding.
