What we expect

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance in the area of hardware development or embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with defect management systems (e.g., Jira).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Your responsibilities

The SW Integration QA is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability and documentation of both software and hardware integration. The QA works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and document comprehensive integration plans and processes, identify defects, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and document the creation of processes for all aspects of software integration, including integration strategies, integration plans, defect management, and reporting.
  • Develop documentation for software engineering practices, tools, and infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, test environments, and automation frameworks.
  • Work closely with software developers, testers, and engineers to gather information to review and detail User Stories.
  • Analyze test results, document defects and track them in Jira.
  • Prioritize defects based on severity, impact, and requirements.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects.
  • Develop user guides, tutorials, and training materials for internal teams on software testing and engineering tools and processes.
  • Edit and Proofread Documents: Review and edit technical documents for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
  • Ensure Documentation Standards: Establish and maintain documentation standards and style guides to ensure consistency across all documents.
  • Translate Technical Information: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and understandable language for various audiences.
