• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in embedded systems, IoT, and/or mobile application development.
• Hands-on experience with software delivery governance, particularly for production deployments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics with clarity and confidence.
• A reliable, proactive, driven, and focused team player with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA) are a plus.
• Fluent in English is required, German is a strong plus.
• Willingness to occasionally work within American time zones to support international cooperation.
