• A university degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics, biology, or a comparable quantitative field.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression) and machine learning techniques.
• Experience in data analysis, including cleaning, visualization, and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong knowledge of key data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Streamlit).
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

Our Data Team works on designing and deploying advanced analytical algorithms using data collected from our IoT-enabled products. As a Data Scientist in this team, you will be involved in the full stack of data science - from building data pipelines and processing large datasets to developing user-facing applications.

Your responsibilities:

• Apply your expertise in data mining, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Develop a deep understanding of how our products operate and how customers interact with them.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to optimize product performance, develop applications, and enable predictive maintenance using IoT data.
• Build and apply machine learning models for advanced analytics and system monitoring.
• Design and implement prototype data pipelines to scale your models and validate hypotheses.
• Work closely with Data Engineers to deploy production-ready solutions using the Microsoft Azure stack (e.g., Databricks, Event Hub, ADFS, Data Factory).
