ViGuide

Viguide web is another project focusing on our installers and service teams, allowing them to monitor and control heating systems of private and commercial customers remotely. ViGuide Web is the Monitoring- and Remote Diagnosis-Tool of the Viessmann Installers and Service staff. Our goal is to reduce the number of roundtrips to the devices to a minimum and to make them as effective as possible.

Remote functionalities make the application unique and that’s why ViGuide is a European leader in remote diagnostics for digital ViGuide Pro tool.

Goal is to reduce the number of roundtrips to the devices to a minimum and to make them as effective as possible
